Tracking

What does a Transvera tracking number look like?

Every Transvera tracking number starts with TRV followed by 11 characters (letters and numbers), for example TRV 1234 5678 90X. The last character is a check character that helps catch typing mistakes. Spaces and dashes are optional when you search, and similar-looking characters such as O and 0 are treated the same.

Why can't my tracking number be found?

Check that you've entered the full number, starting with TRV. New shipments can take a few minutes to appear after they are created. If it still can't be found, ask the sender to confirm the number or contact our support team.

Contact support about tracking

What does “Estimated delivery date unavailable” mean?

It means our operations team hasn't yet set a delivery estimate for your shipment. We never generate dates automatically, because a guessed date can be misleading. An estimate will appear once it is set, and your timeline continues to update with every confirmed scan.

Why isn't there live GPS tracking?

Our tracking shows confirmed facility scans, each with its location and local time. The route map shows the departure (A), the destination (B) and a plane at the approximate progress of your shipment based on its latest scan, not the live position of a vehicle. This keeps tracking accurate and protects the privacy of our couriers.

Why are times shown in different time zones?

Each scan is shown in the local time of the place where it happened, with the time zone abbreviation. A parcel leaving Sydney and arriving in London will show Australian times for the first scans and UK times for the later ones.

What does the source label on each event mean?

“Source: Transvera scan” means our staff recorded the event. A carrier name with “(carrier integration)” means the update came from a partner carrier through a configured integration.

Why can I only see the latest update?

For privacy, full shipment history may require the destination postcode. Enter it in the optional postcode field on the tracking page to see every event.

Delivery

What happens if I miss a delivery?

The courier records a delivery attempt with a short note explaining why it couldn't be completed. Depending on the service and location, another attempt may be scheduled or the parcel may be held for collection. Your tracking page shows the next step.

How do I collect a parcel that is being held?

If your tracking shows “Available for Collection”, bring photo ID and your tracking number to the collection point shown on the tracking page. Collection periods are limited, so collect as soon as you can.

Can you collect parcels from my home or business?

Collections and scheduled pickups are available where the local branch has courier capacity. Contact us with your address and we'll confirm what's possible.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Possibly. Duties, VAT, GST or other taxes depend on the goods, their value, origin and destination, and the rules of the destination country. Charges may be payable by the recipient before release. Our customs guide explains the basics.

Why is my parcel held in customs?

Customs authorities may inspect shipments or request more information, such as a clearer description of goods, an invoice or payment of duties. Respond quickly to any request to avoid further delay. Customs timing is outside our control.

What items can't I send?

Some items are prohibited and others are restricted, such as dangerous goods and many lithium batteries. Check our list before you ship.
