Straight answers about how tracking works and what each status means.
What does a Transvera tracking number look like?
It starts with TRV followed by 11 letters and numbers, for example TRV 1234 5678 90X. Spaces and dashes are optional when you search.
Why does my tracking say “Estimated delivery date unavailable”?
We only show a delivery estimate once our operations team has set one for your shipment. Until then you will see this message instead of a guess.
What does the map on the tracking page show?
It shows where your shipment departs from (A), where it is going (B), and a plane at its approximate progress along the route, based on the latest scan.
Every milestone, recorded as it happens
Each time your parcel changes hands it is scanned, and that scan appears on your tracking page with the facility, city and local time.
