Our commitment
Transvera Logistics is committed to making its website accessible. We consider accessibility when we design and build pages, and we fix issues as we find them.
Standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and more usable for everyone.
What we've done
- A “Skip to content” link and consistent page structure with landmarks and headings.
- Full keyboard access to navigation menus, forms and the tracking tool, with visible focus indicators.
- Form fields with labels, clear error messages and announcements for screen reader users.
- Colour contrast designed to meet AA requirements, and information never conveyed by colour alone.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images. Decorative background videos can be paused and do not autoplay when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Layouts that adapt to small screens and to text zoom up to 200%.
- Tracking progress exposed to assistive technologies, not only shown as a visual bar.
Known limitations
- The route drawing on tracking pages is a picture. Its departure, destination and every confirmed scan location are always also given as text.
- Some documents supplied by third parties, such as customs forms, may not be fully accessible. Contact us and we will help provide the information another way.
