Logistics built on clear visibility
Transvera Logistics moves parcels and freight between Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. Our promise is simple: Every Mile. Every Moment. Delivered with Confidence.

Make every shipment easy to follow and easy to trust
When you send something across the world, you deserve to know where it is and what happens next. Too often, tracking pages show vague statuses or delivery dates nobody has actually committed to.
We set out to do the opposite. Every milestone on a Transvera tracking page reflects a real handover, recorded with the facility, city and local time. When something goes wrong, we tell you plainly and explain the next step.
Two sources of tracking data, clearly labelled
Tracking events reach your timeline in one of two ways, and each event tells you which.
Transvera internal scans
When a parcel is handled at one of our branches or by our couriers, our team records a scan event with the status, facility, location and local time. These appear as “Source: Transvera scan”.
Carrier integrations
For some legs of a journey we work with partner carriers. Where an integration is configured, their scan updates appear in your timeline labelled with the carrier's name, along with the time of the last sync.
What we will and won't do
- 01
Recorded events only
A tracking event is shown only when a parcel is actually scanned by our team or reported by a configured carrier integration.
- 02
No guesswork
If we don't have a delivery estimate, we say “Estimated delivery date unavailable” instead of inventing one.
- 03
Clear about the map
The route map shows departure (A), destination (B) and the approximate progress of each shipment. It is not live GPS.
- 04
Privacy by default
Public tracking never shows names, addresses or phone numbers, and recipients can require a postcode to view full history.
Four regions, one network
